When I came to London friends told me that the city was a nice place to be for a while. After 4,5 months I can acknowledge that indeed London gets into your bones. After finishing the temp deliveries on Man of Steal I figured it was enough. Time to go home, back to the farm, back to The Netherlands.

At last I found my way to the cinema. I actually intended to go when the film premiered in December, but there always happened to be an excuse. The highly anticipated film by Martin Scorsese, has won 2 VES awards, 1 Golden Globe, 2 BAFTA awards to date and is nominated for 11 Oscars. Critics say that the film's Stereo 3D usage is the best so far or at least up to par with Avatar.

This is the first in a series of articles where I explore what London has to offer. Since I used to live on a farm I figured I would to start with exploring the various parks in London. Turns out, early february is not a good time to explore parks. I didn't take in to account that parks are pretty boring mid-winter. In reality it was even less appealing than the images suggest.
